By downloading, installing, or using the Notchyapplication ("the App") and the notchy.dev website ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or Website.

Notchy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on any macOS device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms.

In no event shall Notchy, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
