Notchy features — FAQ
Do I have to use all of these?
No. Every feature is a toggle, and Notchy ships with a sensible set on. Turn off what you don’t want and it stops running — nothing you disable costs you memory or battery.
Are any features sold separately?
No. Every feature on this page is in the one $24.99 one-time license, and all of them work during the 7-day free trial. There is no Pro tier and no subscription.
Does it work without a notch?
Yes. On Macs and external displays without a notch, the island renders at the top of the screen in the same place a notch would be.
Which macOS does it need?
macOS 13 Ventura or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
