A Meeting Reminder You Can't Miss
A calendar notification slides in, sits in the corner for five seconds and disappears while you're deep in something else. Notchy's meeting alert takes over every screen a minute before the call, with one button that matters: Join.
Every display, dimmed
The alert covers each connected screen with the meeting's title, time and calendar colour. You won't find out ten minutes late that it was sitting in Notification Center.
Return to join
Return opens the call link — Zoom, Meet, Teams, whatever the event carries. Escape dismisses it. Snooze brings it back a minute later.
Slept through it?
If your Mac was asleep at reminder time, the alert still appears for up to five minutes after the start — “Started 3 min ago — Join” is still worth saying. After that it stays quiet.
Only when it counts
Pick how many minutes ahead it fires, or limit it to events with a video-call link. Prefer something gentler? A sticky Join island can stay on the notch until you join or dismiss instead.

How do I get full-screen meeting reminders on a Mac?
Notchy 1.0.179 adds one: turn on the full-screen meeting alert in its Calendar settings, choose the lead time, and use Preview to see it first. It's free.
Which calendars does it work with?
Every calendar in the macOS Calendar app, plus Google Calendar and Outlook signed in directly inside Notchy, iCalendar links and CalDAV accounts.
Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet and Teams?
Yes. If the event has a video-call link, Join opens it.
Will it interrupt me for every calendar event?
Only if you want it to. It's off by default, and one switch limits it to events that have a call link.
Is this like In Your Face?
