How do I set up Knock, and why isn't it working?
Turn on “Knock to Open” and pick a source in Settings → Knock. A double-tap of a modifier key (Control by default) works on every Mac. Trackpad knocks need the Input Monitoring permission, and knocking the side of the Mac needs an Apple silicon laptop.
Good to know
If the source you picked isn't available, Notchy falls back to the modifier-key double-tap.
Knock can open the panel, Shelf or clipboard, play/pause, start a Pomodoro, take a screenshot, lock the screen and more.
