How do I stop Notchy opening every time my mouse passes over it?
Go to Settings → Behavior → Opening and either raise “Hover Delay” (up to 1.5 seconds) or turn off “Expand on Hover” and switch on “Require Double-Click”, so the panel only opens when you mean it.
Good to know
“Hover Top to Open” controls whether pushing the pointer against the top edge opens it.
Under Closing, “Auto Collapse” and “Collapse Delay” decide how quickly it closes again when you move away.
