What is DODOPAY_NOTCHY on my card statement?
DODOPAY_NOTCHY is a Notchy license. Notchy is sold through Dodo Payments, its merchant of record, so the charge carries Dodo's name followed by ours. Your receipt and license key came by email from Dodo Payments to the address used at checkout.
Step by step
- Search your email for “Your Notchy license key” or “Dodo Payments”, including spam. The receipt shows the date, amount and the email it was bought with.
- Want a refund? Within 14 days of purchase you get one for any reason: write to support@notchy.dev from the purchase email, or include the amount and date.
- Don't recognize it at all, for example someone else in your household bought it? Email us with the amount and date and we'll find the order and sort it out.
Good to know
Writing to us is quicker than disputing the charge with your bank: a refund usually reaches your card in 5 to 10 business days, while a bank dispute can take weeks and switches the license off while it's open.
Notchy is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, so the charge won't repeat.
