How do I switch Focus modes from Notchy?

macOS gives apps no way to switch Focus directly, so Notchy uses Shortcuts: in the Shortcuts app, make one shortcut per mode with a single “Set Focus” action and name it after the mode, then reload in Notchy.

Good to know

Seeing your list of Focus modes needs Full Disk Access (Settings → Permissions). Showing the current Focus doesn't.

Notchy respects Focus and Do Not Disturb by quieting low-priority islands.
