How does Notchy's file Shelf work?
Drag any file onto the pill to put it on the Shelf, then drag it out wherever you need it later — or select files and AirDrop them straight from the Files tab. “Remember Shelf Files” (on by default) keeps the Shelf across restarts.
Good to know
By default the Shelf points at your original files. Turn on “Keep Independent Shelf Copies” to have Notchy keep its own copy instead — removing a shelf item then never touches the original. “Clear Shelf After 24 Hours” tidies those copies.
“Preview on Hover” Quick Looks a file you hold over the notch. Images can be converted, and files zipped or unzipped, right on the Shelf.
