How do I control the volume of each app separately?
Turn on the opt-in “Sound Mixer Tab”. It lists every app playing sound with its own volume, a 3-band equalizer (bass, mid, treble, ±12 dB) and output device. It needs macOS 14.4 or later and the System Audio Recording permission.
Good to know
If the tab says “Allow System Audio Recording to change app volumes”, use its Open System Settings button.
Apps you leave at 100% are untouched, and if Notchy quits every app plays at full level again.
